Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Crown Revival products. Because our products are handmade personal-care items, we follow the policy below to keep every product safe and hygienic for every customer.

Unopened products

You may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within [30] days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

Opened products

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, or you received the wrong item, email us within [7] days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, and you won’t need to send the item back.

How to start a return

1. Email bidjinieraymond516@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item back. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for damaged, defective or wrong items.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll email you and issue a refund to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the return policy above applies.
