Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website and any purchase from Crown Revival Collection (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our products

Our hair care products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, including hair loss. Descriptions such as “growth”, “strengthen” and “length retention” describe the cosmetic purpose of our products. Individual results vary.

2. Allergies and safe use

  • Our products contain natural ingredients and essential oils that can cause reactions in some people. Our Hair Butter contains sweet almond oil (a tree nut). Please read each product’s full ingredient list before buying.
  • Do a patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours before first use. Stop using a product if irritation occurs.
  • Avoid contact with your eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
  • If you are pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before using products that contain essential oils.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there is a pricing error. If we cancel after you’ve paid, we’ll refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). By placing an order, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed to the carrier. See our Shipping page for details.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to make a purchase.

8. Website content

All text, photos, logos and designs on this site belong to Crown Revival Collection and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or this website is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [New York, client to confirm], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
